Conflicts Lawyer London Up to £130,000 but negotiable D.O.E BCL are delighted to be working in collaboration with this high-profile international law firm in their search for a Conflicts Lawyer. This newly created Conflicts Lawyer role will sit within the Conflicts Team in London and will support the Firm on a global scale. As the newly appointed Conflicts Attorney, you will support the Firm's critical risk management function with particular emphasis on the on-boarding function of new clients with the business and opening new client files. The firm, employees in excess of 847 Lawyers and boast over 12 offices worldwide. This is the perfect opportunity to hold a senior role within a growing and very successful team. Benefits As the newly appointed Conflicts Lawyer you will benefit from a fantastic and comprehensive benefits package including: · Private Medical Insurance · Private Dental Care · Group Pension Scheme · Employee Assistance Programme · Travel assurance · Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 working from home The Role · Reporting into the Lead Conflicts Lawyer you will oversee the work of Senior Conflicts Analysts · Identifying any knowledge gaps · Reviewing the results of conflict searches run through the firms Intapp Open Conflicts System · Working in close collaboration with the Firm's Lawyers to identify and resolve conflicts of interest · Drafting and producing Conflicts Reports at the request of specific partners · Preparing proposals for conflict waivers About you This is a newly created role and our client is looking for an exceptional candidate. To be considered for this role you will have the ability to demonstrate a credible work history as a Conflicts Lawyer within a multi-office, large international law firm. You will have a working knowledge of ethical, risk management rules, including the American Bar Association's Model Rules of Professional Conduct and rules governing professional conduct of Lawyers in the UK, Germany and Asia is a distinct advantage In addition to the above you will have the proven availability to provide an elevated level of client care and interact collaboratively with wider members of the team. A working knowledge of the Intapp Conflicts System is also preferred.
